Silverton Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- These rates include taxes and cleaning. Gratuities are appreciated.
- For pets, there is a non refundable fee of $50/pet each stay. Each additional person will have a $50/person/night fee.
There is a minimum 4 night stay during low season (Jan - May). - A deposit of $500 is requested for reservation confirmation which will be returned within 14 days after stay has concluded. Half of the rental is requested 60 days prior to reservation, and the balance due 35 days prior to reservation. If you cancel within 30 days of use, there is a 20% TOTAL cancellation fee, including the deposit.

The downstairs bedrooms have access to a bath with a flushing toilet and a tub/shower. This bath has a single sink vanity.
