- Rates include free wireless Internet service, free national long distance phone calls, initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps & shampoos, all linens, kitchen pots, pans and utensils, cooking spices and other basic dry goods (flour, sugar, etc) and campfire wood. Also included is use of 2 kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe, 2 bicycles, lifejackets, helmets. No extra charge for housekeeping or administrative fees. Room to dock your own boat at our dock with public boat launch located conveniently to our Long Point location. No Security deposit. ($39 damage protection plan in lieu of security deposit) Credit cards accepted.
$50/pet/week non refundable fee - responsible pet owners are welcome to apply - Payment: an advance payment equal to half of the rental rate is required to confirm reservations. Payment and contract must be received within 5 days of verbal commitment to hold requested dates. Final payment/balance due 30 days prior to first day of rental period. Cancellations: A 60 day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date are subject to $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment . Travel insurance is highly recommended.
