- Three of the 4 bedrooms are furnished as bedrooms. For those who need some office space, one bedroom is outfitted with a large corner desk, office chair, computer, and a futon that converts to a full size bed. The futon downstairs also converts to a full/queen size bed. Although there is enough sleeping space to accomodate 10 people, we recommend that no more than 8 people occupy the house. There will be an extra charge for more than 8 people. Please contact us for details.
