Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- SPECIAL LAST MINUTE RATES AND RATES FOR STAYS IN BETWEEN STAYS (LESS THAN MINIMUM)
- Check with us for last minute pricing! RATES are based on 10 guests $25 extra per person per night up to 12.
Credit cards are accepted through PayPal - the transaction fee is 3% for domestic cards and 4% for international
Damage/ Reservation Deposit- A damage/reservation deposit equal to one night’s rental is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is Not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided there is no damage to the unit and nothing is missing from the property.
Full Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal with a transaction fee. Personal checks, cashier's checks are accepted.
