Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- A 3-night minimum is required throughout the summer months...Memorial Day through Labor Day
A 2-night minimum is required after Labor Day through the fall/winter unitl Memorial Day.
A 50% non-refundable pre-payment/deposit is required when the reservation is made.
The balance of the rental fees must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival.
We have a 90 day cancellation policy...that's 90 days prior to arrival.
Rental fees will NOT be refunded for cancellations with less than 90 days notice.
Cancellations with more than 90 days notice will be refunded all pre-payments EXCEPT the 50% non-refundable deposit.
The house sleeps 25 in beds.
Additional guests are $15/night per person.
