Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $200/nt - $1350-$2250/wk - $3150/mo US Dollars
- Summer .. $2250/week (June 30 through mid August)
Mid August through October.. $1750/week or $250/nt with 4 nt minimun
Winter .. $200/night .. $1350/week .. $3150/month;
Rentals of less than a month are subject to a City TOT tax of 10.5%.;
Winter month stays can be negotiated
$150 cleaning fee
All bookings require a $300 refundable security deposit - Dates Available: Year Round
