The Reservation policy is:
-50% deposit of full rental, signed rental agreement to reserve and photocopy of drivers license or passport
-Full payment time limit 60 days prior arrival date except for special events/holidays
- $500 refundable security/damage deposit returned within 14 days of rental provided that the terms of the rental agreement are met.
- 14% Government regulated lodging tax not included in rate
- Please note that the rate is for a group of 8 people.
