Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $300 security deposit required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable.
- Gratuity of 2% is waved if paying by check or echeck.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking or within 45 days of arrival. We would be happy to send you a copy of the rental agreement for your review.
Although we allow children, please be aware: There is a balcony with glass panels that could pose a danger if children are not supervised. Trails along the Oregon coast occasionally lead to cliff edges that could pose extreme danger for those who are not careful. The surf is typically mild, however, during storms, and high seas, extreme care must be taken to stay away from rock outcroppings and even the oncoming waves along the sandy shore. - PLEASE SEE MY WEBSITE
