Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 13% Florida sales tax will be added to all bookings.
Cleaning charge of $130 added to all stays of less than 6 nights.
Pool and spa heat $35 per day or $175 per week (pool heat recommended from Oct - May)
Spa heat only, $25 per day or $125 per week. - Booking deposit $400.
Security deposit of $400 - hold placed on credit card.
Final payment due 8 weeks before your stay.
