The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to commencement of rental. - A refundable security deposit of $400 (plus pet deposit, if applicable) is required. The deposit is due 1 week prior to arrival. The security deposit is used to secure payment of the following:
- utility gas for spa heating (approx. $3,50 per hour)
- cost of electricity (June through September only)
- damages caused by tenants
- lost or non-returned keys
