Similar. units in the building and in the area rent at double and triple the price.That is one of the reasons for our great reviews...its value.......It is the best value in South Beach. - Rates vary according to amount of people and lenght of stay. We have the best location in South Beach at 1/3 of the price of those in a similar location. Walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment and cross the street to the beach.
