Broadstairs Castle Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Water rates are included in the rental payment. Gas and electricity usage will be calculated at the end of stay. Bed linen & tea towels are available free of charge. Please bring your own towels with you. There is an end cleaning charge of £40 for all weekly bookings which will be charged on the day of arrival together with the deposit.
- Arrival/departure: Persons renting are asked not to arrive before 4 pm and on departure days before 10 am. This allows a thorough clean to be made of the property. On arrival a security deposit of £ 200 is required for possible breakages etc. and if nobody has smoked inside the apartment. This is refunded on departure. It is necessary to contact the owner near to the commencement of the holiday to state a time of expected arrival on the due date.
- On booking a 50% deposit is required and the balance 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
