10% of total rental or $100 (which ever is greater) is due to make the reservation. Additional 40% is due 60 days prior to check in date; remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check in date.
Credit card required for initial deposit. Costs related to damages, missing items, excessive cleaning and lost keys will be charged on the credit card on file. For lost or missing keys, renter will be charged $25 per key plus cost of service call.
We offer discounts during spring, summer and fall with 5 night minimum stay to repeat customers and seniors over 65. Inquire about specific dates. One discount per reservation.
Smoking is prohibited - violators will be fined $500.
