Credit card fees apply (inquire about current rate). - Per the condominium association regulations, pets are prohibited for renters. Violators will be fined $300 - $600 to cover the cost of special cleaning and treatment for fleas and allergens.
Smoking is prohibited. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
Re-arranging of furniture is prohibited. Fee will be assessed if furniture and accessories are not in their original place.
