Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed with deposit. Processing fee $25.
- Rates do not include tax and fees (11% lodging tax, $145 cleaning fee, if using credit cards - credit card fees apply).
10% of total rental or $100 (which ever is greater) is due to make the reservation. Additional 40% is due 60 days prior to check in date; remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check in date. If total rent is less than $400, 100% due at booking.
Credit card required for initial deposit. Damages, missing items, excessive cleaning (sand in the unit will be charged deep cleaning fee), or lost keys will be charged on the credit card on file. Key charge is $25 per key, plus the cost of service call.
Credit card fees apply. - Per the condominium association regulations, pets are prohibited for renters. Violators will be charged $300 - 600 fine.
Smoking is prohibited - violators will be charged $500 fine.
We offer discounts with minimum 5 nights stay to repeat customers, senior citizens, churches, military, police and fire fighters – one discount per reservation. Discounts apply during spring, summer and fall seasons (winter excluded) - inquire for exact dates.
