- Cleaning is per week for 2 4-hour visits, to be paid in cash to maid, on Fridays. Her visits are Tuesday and Friday, from 8AM to 12PM and not flexible, due to other commitments. Gratuity is appreciated, but not required. Cash to be paid directly is $150 per week.
- A security/damage deposit is required and is calculated based on the length of stay and is refundable, in part, once the utility bills have cleared for their respective billing periods. No international calls, please. It is best if you have a cell phone and use it to avoid any unnecessary charges.
