Please contact owner for payments by credit card through Payment Processing Inc (PPI).Our rental prices include state/county taxes, a cleaning service fee and access to Colington Harbour Community Pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). The only additional fees would be launch fee at the gate for guests who opt bring their own boats or jet skis. The estimated launch fee is $25 for the week or $10/day. ************** FRIDAY-TO-FRIDAY RENTALS ONLY DURING PEAK SEASON - For those of you not familiar with traveling to the Outer Banks during the summer months, the weekend traffic can be very heavy at certain times going to and from this area. Since we wish you make your trip to and from our home as pleasant as possible we have opted for a Friday to Friday turnover day during peak rental season. Check-in is 3 PM on Friday, with a check-out by 11 AM.
