1- Once we agree upon availability and rate, to secure your booking, you need to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the rental by money transfer from your bank account to our account (wire transfer). For bookings made less than 1 month before the arrival at 'Villa Vahimanui', a full payment is required.
2- The balance is to be sent also by wire transfer no later than 1 month before the beginning of the rental. At both stages you will receive a written confirmation of the transactions and of the booking status. - Please add a one time $120 for opening and final cleaning and laundry (1 to 2 weeks stay) or a one time $200 for a 3 weeks stay and a 1 month stay
