Your $500 non-refundable reservation deposit is applied to the final amount. You will be charged a $45.00 ACCIDENTIAL DAMAGE WAIVER POLICY FEE instead of a damage deposit. Your credit card account number will still be held on file in case of smoking inside residence, pets on premises, or excessive cleaning or failure to comply with the cleaning requirements as stated in terms and conditions. No refunds through MC/VISA or other charge cards.
