Rehoboth Beach Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Credit cards are charged a 3% user fee.
- Now booking for SUMMER 2012. Saturday to Saturday rentals, only for $2,200 for the week (includes cleaner's costs, plus tennis and pool, beach parking pass). 4 weeks already gone, so please check our calendar.

Thanksgiving and Chirstmas (presents under the palm tree!) are still available. Also booking for Fall and winter holiday weeks/weekends. Call for rates (minimums apply).

- All bathrooms are fresh and clean. The masterbedroom suites have private full baths with showers. (The 1st floor shower has benches for seating). Upstairs in the hall, is the third full bath with a tub/shower combination. An additional powder room is located off of the kitchen pantry on the first floor.

- 2 spacious master bedroom suites with full private bath rooms. 1 is on the first floor for privacy and the second masterbedroom suite is upstairs along with the other 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms have huge walk in closets and are bright and sunny. Mattresses are new, pillow-tops. All bedrooms have fresh Berber carpet. In addition to the beach themed artwork and shells, each bedroom is furnished with a dresser, night stand, alarm clock and reading lamp. Ample extra pillows are left in the closets. Note: beds have comforters and pillows BUT guests need to bring their own linens (Given the large size of our house, out cleaners do not have time to do personal linens.)
