Kaluakoi Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 13.42% on nightly rate for State of Hawaii accommodation taxes
- Pricing is based upon:
Time of year, length of stay, whether your booking backs up to an existing booking and how soon your dates are.
A 1 night stay can be booked at $150 per night + taxes, cleaning, Wi-Fi.
A 7 night minimum is GENERALLY required in high season but some exceptions apply. Please ask.
Longer stays (2 weeks+) may result in less than $75 per night in certain time periods.
High season is generally from Christmas through the end of April and Thanksgiving week.
Shoulder season is generally from September 15-December 20.
Value season is generally May 1-September 14.
These are not hard and fast as it depends upon overall occupancy and bookings. Please ask!
$75 - $105/night, . Taxes are 13.42% for GET and TAT as required by Hawaii plus $84.00 cleaning fee. Wi-Fi is $10.00.
