- Stays of 6 nights or less subject to Clean Fee of $140
- Electric Pool heating is $25 per day. Spa heat is $10 per day. If pool and spa are booked both together then it will be discounted to $200 per week, plus Florida taxes of 12%. Amount payable upon booking will be 20% of the total booking cost (minimum $250). This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. All bookings subject to our booking terms and conditions, which you will receive with the booking form.
- A security deposit of $400 is required for all stays in this home. This can be held on a valid credit card. We can accept all major credit cards for payment. However credit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee.
