Notes:
The house is a truly wonderful Maine summer camp, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (shower only). This property is in general is very simple. The interior of the house, including the porch, is about 1800 square feet. The covered porch which looks onto the dirt road to the property and to the south and to the east two open hay fields and the two beaches. Also on the first floor is the living room with wood stove, a TV/DVD/VCR, the west facing dining room, the kitchen, two small bedrooms (one with queen, one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. There is a washing machine and dryer and microwave in a room behind the kitchen. The kitchen has an electric stove and a dishwasher. Washer/dryer,TV/VCR, dishwasher, gas barbecue grill, picnic table, clothes line, oil fired furnace for heat for 1st floor & both baths only), wood stove.
