Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A cleaning service is provided once during the week.
- Special holiday periods such as Xmas, New year, Carnival, and Easter attract a higher rental rate if booking for a short stay during that period. It does not affect long term rental rates.
Cleaning service is charged at $50USD for a month rental and $20 USD for a weekly rental.
A $50USD cleaning charge is made on departure. - A damage deposit is required.
