Terms for Reserving a Property
Deposit: An upfront payment of 25% of the total amount is required if the date of reservation is more than 45 days from check-in date. This deposit is part the total rental amount and it is refundable in full (less 4% credit card service charges) on cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date.
Full Payment: A non-refundable full payment becomes due 45 days prior arrival (check-in) date.
Spa Heating: There will be a charge of $5 per night if spa heating is required - Security Deposit: $350 Security Deposit or information of a credit card (MasterCard, VISA or Discover) in lieu of cash security deposit is required to secure reservation. This deposit is a security against any damage to or loss of property due to accidents or any other cause during your tenancy (stay). The cash or the information of the credit card will be used solely to recover the expenses incurred in repairing or replacing the property. Please note that the cash deposit will be refunded (or the credit card information will be deleted from our files) within 10 days of check out after verification of the condition of the property by our management staff.

The second bedroom has aqueenbed, night table with lamp, an alarm clock, a chest and a closet. The third bedroom has one full (double) bed and one twin bed, a night stand with a lamp and a closet.
