- Unlike a lot of houses on Lake George our house is on both town water and sewer. This means you don't have to worry about the water pressure, water rationing or septic problems. You will love the water pressure and the fact that there is plenty of hot water for showers.

- Master Bedroom is downstairs and has separate full bathroom. All bedrooms are inside wall insulated so the house is extremely quiet and sound. All bedrooms have A/C units and/or fans for those few summer nights where the mountain air doesn't cool down into the 60's. King bedroom and double bunk bedroom are upstairs along with washer/dryer and full bathroom.
