Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $850/nt; 3 night Minimum Required.. Weekend: $2,500 - 3 night Minimum .. $4,500/wk..
- $850/night; 2 night Minimum Required..Weekend: $2,500 for up to 3 night stay.. 5 night Minimum for Thanksgiving & Christmas Holidays..$4,500/week.. Monthly Rate: Ask Owner.. Rates are based on up to 6 guests.
- **SPECIAL: A 5% discount for guests who stay with us from now through 4/30/2013, holidays are excluded (please be sure to mention this offer at the time of booking).
Base Rate..$850/night; 2 night Minimum Required..$2,500 for up to first 3 nights (weekend; minimum 3 nights required/ 5 night Minimum for Thanksgiving/Christmas Holidays)..Maximum Occupancy is 6 at all times (ask Owner for alternative arrangements).. Add $600/night after 3rd night stay..$4,500/week..Plus 10.6% applicable local taxes..Monthly Rate: Ask Owner (no local taxes are added for 30 days or longer stay)..
Reservation is confirmed by at least 50% deposit of gross rental fee, including local applicable taxes.
