Powers Lake Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- •A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure dates. The balance is to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. A damage deposit of $500 is required to be paid at the time of final payment. It will be refunded within a week after guest departure, if no damage is reported. A minimum age limit for renters. No parties allowed without written agreement with the owner. Winter time minimum booking is one week!
•Payment methods are: personal checks, money orders, money wire transfer, visa and master credit cards
Monthly rental June - October $15,000 per month
Long term rental to be discussed with owner
•Guests are responsible for their food, toiletries, firewood and other personal expenses. - Rates displayed are for up to 12 people. Groups bigger than 12 will have an extra charge of $30/person/day. Winter bookings welcome, please inquire. Rates vary.

- There are beds spaces for 12 in the main house plus an additional queen size sofa bed in the living room. In the boathouse, there is a bedroom that has a bunk bed for 3 people and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The boathouse does not have a bathroom, guests must use the main house bathrooms. The main house has a fun bedroom specially for kids with 3 twin bunk beds (sleeps 6). It has a sitting/play area with TV, DVD and VHS player, books and toys. The other 3 bedrooms are comfortable doubles or queen, one with TV. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are various other fans around the house. All the windows have screens. We recommend keeping all the windows open during summer time as there is a lovely breeze coming from the lake cooling the house naturally during hot weather. All together on the property there are bed spaces for 17 people.
