$200 USD per week non refundable deposit with your completed booking form is due to secure your dates. This deposit will be deducted from the total rent. Upon receipt of your deposit we will bank your check and when cleared, we will send out a receipt and confirmation of booking. Payment of the balance is due in full eight weeks prior to your arrival date.
$300 fully refundable security deposit required prior to arrival. Your refundable deposit will be released upon confirmation from our management company that our villa has been left in the same good condition that you found it on your arrival, usually within 24-48 hours of inspection. - $90 short stay cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights.
$25 per night for optional pool heat (Recommended Nov-March)
Cancellation 5 to 8 weeks prior to arrival date will cost 50% of the total charge.
Cancellation less than 5 weeks prior to arrival date or cancellation of holiday booking will cost 100% of the total charge.
Accepts all credit/debit cards through PayPal. Additional 4% will be charged if credit/debit cards are used. Also accepts personal check. Make checks payable to ETC Cust. FBO Josephine Abraham IRA.

- Our villa has two master bedrooms that are elegantly furnished. Both master bedrooms have queen size beds, 26” flat screen TVs with cable, nightstands with lamps, alarm clocks, telephones, and ceiling fans for added comfort. The first master bedroom has a Whirlpool. The second master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house near the twin bedrooms and has a 26' flat screen TV. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds, nightstands, alarm clocks, and built-in closets. Both twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with the other master bedroom. The boys room has a 24' flat screen TV playing video games.

The bright kitchen adjoining the family room is fully equipped with a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, full range, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, hand mixer, and toaster. The breakfast nook is a good area for coffee and has a breakfast table that seats four.
The large family room is spacious and has ceramic tiled floor and a ceiling fan for additional comfort on those hot Florida days. It has a comfortable leather sectional, a 40” flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player, and Wii. We also provide a free wire or wireless internet and unlimited calling anywhere in all 50 states of the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada, so use our phone and save your cell phone minutes.
We also have a high chair , gurd rail, and a Pack and Play (a portable crib or playpen) for little kids.
