A $300 good care deposit for keys, pool pass and damage or loss is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully refundable within 30 days after departure assuming no damage, loss, bank fees, excessive cleaning, ANY PETS, ANY SMOKING, or any condition or situation deemed a breach of the contract by the owners. Any breach of the rental agreement will result in the forfeiture of your good care deposit. We encourage you to call us at any time during your stay to report any conditions which may affect the return of your deposit.
