If the reservation is canceled more than 30 day prior to check in date the guest will be charged 25% of the full deposit, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates then only 7% of the full deposit will be charged for service fees. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to check in date the guest will be 50% of the deposit, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates then 7% service fess will apply.If the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to check-in the guest will be charged 100% of the deposit, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates, then 7% service charges Will apply.
No Shows will be charged the full amount of their stay.

The Italian tiled shower is encased with glass and has glass door. Organic liquid soap is available for your use.Bath towels and robes are all high end 5 star hotel quality. Bring your beach towels. The Panasonic ceiling fan is automatic and very quite. It is censored to turn on as soon as you enter and shuts off a few minutes after you leave. The bathroom is well lit with vanity lights, pot lights and even a light in the shower. All lights are on dimmers. Leave some on dim and find your way easily for those middle of the night washroom trips.

Your host Wayne is a avid movie collector and has many DVDs available for your enjoyment. Their is a full sized closet with plenty of hangers and a tall chest of drawers for all your belongings. Their also a hotel style suit case stand for to assist in unpacking. The large window is dressed with Hunter Douglas silhouette black out blinds. All lights are on dimmers so you can set the mood More blankets and pillows are available; although the suite is warm in the Winter and cool in The Summer. Your host Diane has been in the hospitality business all her life. If their is anything you need don't hesitate to ask.your comfort and satisfaction comes first.

We use high end linen, towels, bathrobes, organic soaps. The kitchen boasts high quality S.S. cookware, excellent assortment of cooking utensils, Lg. wine glasses, even seasonal fresh herbs are available for your gourmet meals. The fully landscaped yard has many seating areas to relax in or enjoy your meals on the outdoor table Candles are not allowed to be burned in the suite. But torches and tea lights are available for outdoor use. Exercise anyone? Riley park community center has a full gym pool, fitness class for a 5.00 drop in fee, Vancouver racket club, 2010 Olympic Curling Venue are 6-9 blocks away.
