Refundable security deposit of $500 required for all bookings. Security deposit is returned within two weeks of your departure, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
We charge a cleaning fee for every booking. The house is cleaned before and after every reservation. Fresh linens are provided at the beginning of your stay. No daily maid service.
