Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- • Weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas & President Week are priced at $1,625
• We require a 3 night minimum stay.
• 50% of the rental fee required at booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Check-in 4pm and check-out 11am.
• We would prefer that online Payments only be accepted for last minute bookings and Security Deposits. If a credit card is used, a 2.5% Fee will be applied for Visa or MC charges (For Fee rental amount only). There is no Fee for E-checks.
• Cancellation Policy: Sorry, but all deposits are non refundable unless property is rebooked. If a new reservation is booked at the same rate, you will be refunded the paid rental fee and the security deposit, minus a $50 processing fee. No credit will be given for shortened for any reason, including weather conditions.
