Swans Island House Rates

  • Peak season $2,000/week; other weeks $1,600.
  • July & Aug $2000/wk + 7% Maine sls tax; other wks $1600/ wk; 50% dep; bal 90days ahead.
    $1000 refundable Damage Deposit which covers damage/excessive cleaning costs. Damage Deposit returned w/in 30 days of occupancy end date.
    Damage Deposit returned immediately upon cancellation if you never occupy house.
    Week begins at 4 PM Saturday & ends at 11 AM the next Saturday.
    Cancellation refund of 85% of Rental Deposit if we're able to re-rent.

Notes: Full kitchen with table for 4 off of the entry way (mud room with laundry faciity) opens into the dining room furnished with table for 10: sliding glass doors and view to ocean which access deck. Extensive living room has (2) 6' sofas, love seat (pull out bed), additional chairs, desks, fireplace and large picture window over-looking the yard & ocean providing lots of bright light. A second bedroom, and bath downstairs, as well as quaint entry area. Upstairs are two large bedrooms and bath with shower. Excellent layout offers several areas with substantial room for everyone's' privacy when needed yet allows for large group activities when desired. Garage connects to the house with large breezeway. Internet service is available at house. House is located 2 miles from ferry landing and faces east. There are 5-6 ferry trips to and from Swans, Mon. thru Sun., from April thru October: best to make ferry reservations a month ahead.
