Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Peak season $2,000/week; other weeks $1,600.
- July & Aug $2000/wk + 7% Maine sls tax; other wks $1600/ wk; 50% dep; bal 90days ahead.
$1000 refundable Damage Deposit which covers damage/excessive cleaning costs. Damage Deposit returned w/in 30 days of occupancy end date.
Damage Deposit returned immediately upon cancellation if you never occupy house.
Week begins at 4 PM Saturday & ends at 11 AM the next Saturday.
Cancellation refund of 85% of Rental Deposit if we're able to re-rent.
