Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning Fee for Weekly Rental is $175. Cleaning Fee for Monthly Rental is $250
Security Deposit Required: $500 on Weekly Rentals, $1000 on Monthly Rentals
WEEKLY RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE HEATING THE POOL: Estimated cost to heat the pool is $250/week but will be billed on actual usage and depends on outside temperature and desired water temperature. Use of the solar cover can reduce this cost. An additional utility deposit of $250 is Required for pool heat.

March: No monthly rate available, full weekly price applies
April: $4200 - Rentals are allowed a maximum of $50/wk or $200/mo for electricity/cooling. Additional costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
