- $300 Security Deposit to hold reservation. Deposit 80% refundable 30 plus days prior to reservation. Less than 30 days prior to reservation date, deposit is forfeited unless unit is able to be rented. If unit is rented there will be a $100 administrative fee applied to canceled contract.
