Dominical Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- High Season (Dec - April) $250/night; Green Season (May - Aug) $200/night; Holidays $2450/week
- Rates are exclusive of tax. Minimum 3 night stay during High and Green seasons. Minimum week stay during Christmas Holiday Season (Dec 21-Jan 2, 2013) and four days for Easter. Longer term discounts available - please contact owner for details.
- A 50% deposit, made through online payment, wire transfer or check, is required to reserve Villa Solo Bueno. Remaining 50% plus 13% hotel tax is due at check-in to our on site concierge and can be made by cash or credit card.
Cancellation Refund Policy:
if notified up to 30 days prior - 10% of deposit non refundable
if notified between 7-30 days prior - 25% of deposit non refundable
if notified less than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit non refundable
