St. Mary Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Payment accepted in USD or GBP. Payments can be made by Credit Card (4% surcharge applied).
- Prices are as quoted - there are no additional taxes to pay!!
Rental rates are for occupancy of up to 4 and includes all utilities, air conditioning, and 1 cleaning session with change of linens per week.
BOOKING NOTES:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable upon confirmation of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks of stay full payment is required upon confirmation of booking.
CHECK IN TIMES:
Check-in is 3PM, check-out is 12PM. Subject to other bookings we may be able to offer some flexibility if needed. - GOLF CART:
Our golf cart is available (Nov to May) for our villa renters for use in Jolly Harbour complex only. Refer to Rental Rates for weekly rate including golf cart.

- The master bedroom has a queen size bed and patio doors opening onto the balcony with views over the Sleeping Indian Mountain. There is also a travel cot (pack’n’play pen) for a young child. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The villa sleeps 4 people comfortably, 5 including the travel cot (suitable for children upto age 2). If preferred, it is possible to add a crib to the master bedroom and/or a roll-out bed to the twin room to sleep a maximum of 6. Cribs and roll-out bed can be rented at an additional $10 USD per day from our property management company.
