CLEANING FEE: $60 for 2-4 nights and up to 4 people, $75 for 5+ nights and 5-6 people, $100 for monthly rentals.
COMMUNITY FEES (purchased directly from lake association):

-Mandatory activity/swim bracelets – Memorial Day to Labor Day, per person over age 6: $8/day, $30/week, $80/month. Children under age 7 free. Off-season amenities fees optional @ $3/person/day.
HOLIDAYS/SPECIAL EVENTS: Columbus Day wknd (3-nt min.): $425; Thanksgiving (3-night min): $500 Weds-Sun; $650/wk.; Xmas/New Years (3-nt min.): $475/3 nights, $700/wk.; President's Day wknd (3-night min.): $475/3 nts; $700/wk. Easter wknd: $125/nt; Pocono 400 Nascar (July 6-7) & Wine Festival (June 22-23): $300/wknd; Memorial/ Day: $450/3 nts, $650/week; Labor Day: $450//3 nts, $650/wk. - SHORT-TERM RENTALS: 50% of base rental amount due upon reservation (other fees, security deposit and balance of rental are fully refundable and may be paid within 10 days of rental); fully refundable up to one month prior to reservation minus a $50 rebooking fee; half refundable up to 10 days prior to reservation minus a $75 rebooking fee; non-refundable thereafter. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT REFUND POLICY FOR LONG-TERM RENTALS.
