Cancellation are unfortunate but there are rules that we need to address. Any cancellation 60 days prior to your scheduled stay, your deposit will not be refunded. - Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. Any signs of animals present at our home, during or after our inspection, the charge for carpet cleaning will be deducted from your deposit.
