- To reserve your rental stay the following is required:
- 100% payment in advance for weekly and weekend rental.
50% deposit for monthly rental, payment in full due 30 days before arrival.
90 day cancellation notice for 100% refund
30 day cancellation notice for 50% refund
Cleaning fee is non-refundable and applicable to weekend, weekly, and monthly stays. Housecleaning availabe at additional charge for monthly stay at renter's request.
Balance for (monthly) and $500 refundable damage deposit and $125 non-refundable cleaning fee, due 30 days prior to arrival.
No refunds on last-minute booking, cancellations. - We have a NO SMOKING policy inside the home and outside on on the property.
