Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We rent to families and couples only. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Minimum age of renter 25. Ages and family relation of all occupants must be confirmed prior to rental.
Some Details:
12% state and county sales and accommodations taxes are charged on all vacation rentals. A $200 security deposit and signed agreement is required to hold a reservation. Deposit is returned within 2 weeks after visit if everything is left clean and with no damage. Smoking is not permitted on the property or in the house. No Pets or house parties.
