Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- One week minimum. Rates include utilities and garbage.
- A signed lease plus 50% of the rent is required to reserve this property. Balance and security deposit ($1,000 weekly or $2,000 monthly) required 30 days prior to arrival date. Owner will provide a lease via email upon request. A $250 house (weekly) $500 (monthly) cleaning fee is required. All utilities are included in weekly rentals. Longer term rentals will be charged for utilities. Weekly rentals are Sunday at 3 pm and end the following Sunday at 11 am.
Personal checks can be accepted if received more than two weeks in advance of rental otherwise a bank check will be necessary. - A max of 10 guests & 4 cars are allowed to stay. If this policy is violated, the owner reserves the right to retain the security deposit.
