Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500 damage deposit required (refunded if no damages occur).
- One-half of total fee is required to hold reservation. Balance due no later than 30 days before start of stay. Rental fee has been discounted for payment by check.
- Summer rentals are Sunday to Sunday (arrivals after 3 pm / departures before 10 am).
