Instead of requiring a damage deposit, we require a credit card number which we hold until the house can be checked by the management company.

Reservations made 3 or less weeks in advance require a 100% deposit. In addition, we require a credit card number which we hold in lieu of a damage deposit until the house can be checked by the management company.
