- We ask for a refundable $150 security deposit to hold the reservation; along with the first night's rental fee. Balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned once the home has been inspected for damage and for evidence of pets or smoking.
- Full refunds will be honored 4 weeks prior to the reservation. Between 2-4 weeks prior to reservation - only the security deposit will be refunded. We cannot honor refunds within the 2 week period. We will gladly change your reservation so long as it is available.
