Jay Peak Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 50% of rental fee due at time of reservation - balance due no less than one week prior to arrival date.
$250 security deposit to be returned at end of stay (no refund if there is damage to property)
Cancellations with 30+ days notice result in a fee equal to 25% of rental fee.
No refunds for cancellations with less than 30 days notice (full rental fee retained).
