Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $175 per night
- $250 reservation/security refundable deposit due at booking. Amount is refunded within 14 days of departure. Rental plus $75 cleaning fee. 1/2 of total rental payment due 60 days to arrival with balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation allowed within 60 days of arrival but subject to forfeiture of rental payments.

The second bedroom has two twins that can be joined to make a king bed. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds. The great room has a futon couch which makes into a full.
