Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A damage/cleaning deposit of $1500.00 is required.
- Damage/Cleaning deposit is returned when it is determined that the property is vacated in clean condition and that there are no damages.
- Nightly rates available off season. There is a three night minimum. Cost is $875.00 to $950.00 per night.

- Bedroom 1 is at the front of the house on the first floor It overlooks the street and has a view of the ocean one block away. Bedroom 2 at the left rear of the house has a view of the protected wetlands and shares a balcony and bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 is at the right rear of the house ind is considered a Master Bedroom for the first floor. It shares a 'Jack and Jill' style bathroom and balcony with bedroom 2. Bedroom 4 is actually the first floor living room which has french doors to close off for privacy when sleeping. The sleeper sofa is queen sized. Bedroom 5 is the Master Suite for the house. It is a few steps from the open floor plan Great Room and kitchen. This suite has a private balcony as well as a private shower and Jacuzzi bath. Bedroom 6 is a dormitory style room great for the kids. It has two twin beds in an alcove just off the entry door and two trundle beds in the main area. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED!
