As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction. - *Pool Heat fees: 3 nights $100, 4-7 nights $200. We need 48 hours notice to have the pool heated in time for your stay.
During the summer we rent Saturday through Saturday only!
*3 night minimum stay.
